Welcome to GORGE, an intimate charcuterie house and wine bar located on the famous Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California. Executive Chef and Owner, Elia Aboumrad, uses time-honored techniques to bring together an array of artisanal charcuterie options. Diners indulge in house-made sausages, fromage de tete, an assortment of terrines and tartines and other carefully crafted dishes.
Along similarly classic lines, the dessert menu pays homage to the traditional pastry known as “Saint Honoré”, named for the French patron saint of pâtissiers. Pastry Chef and Owner, Uyen Nguyen, offers her take on this timeless cake with a selection of seasonal flavors.
All dishes come expertly paired with international wines or beers by Master Sommelier, Darius Allyn.
